How much space do I need?
A flat, open outdoor area is all it takes. Screen sizes vary, so once you tell us where you're hosting, we'll confirm the right size for your spot.
What happens if the weather turns?
This is Texas — weather happens. We'll work with you on timing and rescheduling so your night still happens.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?
Yes — ScreenTime Events is fully insured. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your HOA, community, school, or venue on request, including naming the association as additionally insured where needed.
Do you handle the movie license?
For private backyard events, no license is needed. For public or community events, licensing is the host's responsibility — we'll point you to where to get it.
How far do you travel?
We serve the entire Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Hosting a little farther out? Just ask and we'll let you know.

Yes. ScreenTime Events is fully insured, and we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance — including naming your association or venue as additionally insured — for HOA, community, and venue events. Just let us know what your management company requires.
How do I book and what's the deposit?
Submit your date through the request form and we'll confirm availability. To lock your date, we collect a $100 deposit — fully refundable if we can't accommodate your date. The balance is due before your event.
How early should I book?
Summer and weekend dates fill up fast. The sooner you lock your date, the better your pick of nights.
